Pesto Panalo! Tried experimenting with pesto today. I even bought a new blender for crying out louD!  Olive oil, garlic, basil leaves and parmesan cheese. The smell of these raw ingredients blended together is just irresistible. Not to mention the medium pan-fried steak to complete our dinner.  Overall, there are still room for minor tweaks but my “pirst taym pesto” is good enough to make me, dk, franz and papa salivate and ask for another scoop!  And the good news, i still have a lot of spare for tom’s toasted bread with pesto and cheese! I can smell breakfast already
